I signed up for the program after having personally worked with Adrienne to support my own health. I have learned so much through this program, and really appreciate learning about women’s health through a Chinese Medicine lens. Adrienne really provides a multitude of tools to support women in their health journey. The structure and timing of the program has fit really well into my very full life. I am so grateful that Adrienne has taken the time to make sure that I really understand everything that is being taught. Her passion for elevating the field of women’s health really shines in this program, and I’ve felt very held and supported since the beginning. For anyone who is wanting to do meaningful work and really support women to make changes in their health, I highly recommend this program.

Over the last 10 months I have been studying to become a Holistic Women's Health practitioner with Adrienne. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience! If you are interested in deepening your knowledge and understanding about how our bodies work + the ancient healing modality of pelvic steaming, than this is the course for you. The Holistic Women's Health Practitioner course opens up a world of wisdom that is essential for our collective reproductive health and overall wellbeing, a world of tangible resources and tools to truly help the body feel and live better in our modern world. The content feels like the missing piece that all women need in order to find real empowered health. My own journey to finding steaming was one of suffering. For decades I struggled to live my life with endometriosis and debilitating period pain. It was on my desperate search for answers and that lead me to Adrienne and pelvic steaming. After only 3 months of following her protocol I experience my first pain free period and immediately knew it was my calling to help other women find the success that I did! Being part of the HWH course with the other women that participated was nothing short of a magical experience. It was an ideal environment for open hearted learning that has given me the tools and knowledge I need to go out into the world and help other women find ease and wellness in their cycles and lives.

Adrienne is thoughtfully considerate and confidently articulate with her instruction. Her depth of knowledge, practical experience, ability to convey the information verbally as well as practically are thorough. Not only is she able to field questions at will but has made herself available for follow up inquiries when needed. I left the class feeling confident that I could put my tuning forks to work with family and friends and myself immediately. Adrienne is a caring and charismatic instructor, truly seeking to help optimize the health of individuals all around the world. Her exuberance for this work is contagious and I feel joyful to experience this with her!
